What $1 buys

What $1 does not buy

The $1 is not a deposit against the paperback and it is not a pre-purchase of the book. The paperback is sold separately by Amazon at Amazon’s listed price, under Amazon’s own terms. Your $1 is not credited toward it and no copy is physically held for you. What you are paying for is the three printables, delivered now.

Refunds — 30 days, no questions asked

Email support@theheartysoul.com within 30 days of your reservation and we will refund the $1 in full. You do not have to explain why, and you keep the downloads — chasing a dollar and three PDFs would cost everyone more than it is worth.

Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. A refund removes you from the launch email list.

After 30 days we can still usually help — write to us and ask.

Delivery

Your downloads appear on the confirmation page the moment payment succeeds, and are emailed to the address you used at checkout. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we will send the links again.

Launch timing

We intend to publish the paperback on Amazon, but we cannot guarantee a date. Amazon controls listing approval, pricing, and availability. If the paperback is never published, your reservation still bought you the three printables you already have, and the 30-day refund window applies as normal.

Personal use

The printables are licensed for your own personal use. Print as many copies as you like for yourself. Please do not resell them, upload them elsewhere, or distribute them as your own. Clinicians who would like to give copies to patients are welcome to — just email us first so we can say yes properly.

Not medical advice

This journal and its companion printables are tracking tools, not medical devices. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Nothing in them should delay you from seeking medical attention. Always discuss symptoms and treatment options with your own healthcare provider.

Liability

The printables are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with your reservation is limited to refunding the $1 you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your reservation is the one published on the day you paid, and the date at the top says when this version took effect.
